Returns and refunds policy

The unexpected can happen. Did you write the wrong address? Did we send the wrong case? Did the items arrive damaged? The delays were longer than expected?

Rest assured, Boot The Case (Balance Ta Coque) has everything planned.

You can return the products received to us within 30 days of receipt. The articles must of course be intact, as well as their packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (invoice).

Undelivered cases

The tracking number is a great tool. Thanks to it, we can find your package even if it was sent to the wrong address. If any delay occurs, you can contact us by email. We will contact the logistics department of the carrier and investigate the situation together. The local post service may have stored your order in their warehouse due to an address not found, for example. If this is the case, we will send you the details of the contact person in your local post office to ensure that they deliver to you correctly.

If the product has not been delivered on time or at the address you provided, you can request a refund or resend. We take full responsibility for our shipments.

Please note, however, that if the tracking number indicates that the product has been delivered, we will not be able to provide a refund or return for non-delivery. We will still contact the logistics department to investigate the matter, as they sometimes update the statuses in advance (example: they can write "delivered" in the morning or the day before the actual delivery).

Missing or defective cases

Before returning the items, check that they are in new condition, as well as their packaging and that nothing is missing. If not, contact us by email before sending it back. In any case, please give us your name, email address and order number so that we can reimburse you.

Satisfied or refunded

If the items have no quality defect but you don't like them (no matter the reason), you can contact us to request a resend within 30 days of receipt. The items must be new, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.

You must pay the return costs and provide the tracking number. A note with your name and order number inside will help us follow the process.

Exception: non-returnable cases and protectors

Certain products are not eligible for returns (consumables, personalized products, hygiene products). If you have any doubts about the eligibility of your item, you can contact us by email.

Shell exchange

The fastest way to make an exchange is to make a new purchase after the product is returned and refunded, rather than keeping the same order number and replacing the product.

Case Refunds

As soon as we receive your returned item, we will check its condition. Depending on the latter, we will confirm (or not) its correct reimbursement. For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for its purchase. International payments can take several days to complete (usually 3 to 5 working days).
